White Chip Chocolate Cookies

From: Nestle Toll House bag

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour
2/3 cup baking cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups (12 oz) white morsels

Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until centers are set.

What I did differently from the recipe:
I halved it because it supposedly makes 5 dozen cookies!!

What I'll do differently next time:
Nothing.

Verdict:
Thumbs up! These were SO delicious. Very sweet but so easy and so good! Definitely will make these again!
